The BUCHI Laboratory Equipment C-950 is the most powerful instrument for your specific purification application! A few things worth knowing about it:

• The pump is rated up to 400 bar / 150 mL/min in Prep HPLC mode and up to 50 bar / 300 mL/min in Flash mode so you can get better separation without giving up throughput.

• UV/Vis (with scan) and ELSD detection both come standard.

• The ELSD uses direct nano-pulse injection, so there’s no shuttle valve, transfer line, or make-up pump to maintain — which means almost no spare parts or maintenance needed. Sample consumption is also lower than most systems on the market (30 µl/min).

• Up to four solvent lines with quaternary gradient capability.

• The fraction collector is closed and actively ventilated, so it doesn’t have to sit under a fume hood.

• Cartridge changes are one-handed with a secure locking mechanism, and the universal Luer connections fit all flash cartridges without adapters.
