The Genizer MixGenizer is a high-pressure homogenizer designed specifically for mixing and homogenizing sample fluids fed from two or more inlet ports through a diamond mixing chamber, reaching pressures up to 30,000 psi with a flow rate over 240 mL/min. It is energy efficient — about half the energy loss of most homogenizers — with a small, integrated design and a smart programming control system offering ±0.1 mL controlled inlet volume plus auto-stop by time or volume, all in silent, CE- and RoHS-compliant operation. A minimum sample size of 5 mL and configurable syringe sizes (20–200 mL), inlet cylinders and heat exchangers let the MixGenizer be tailored to specific multi-stream mixing processes.
