The Genizer UltraGenizer is a laboratory ultra-high-pressure processing device — an electrically driven, benchtop high-shear homogenizer that requires no compressed air or hydraulic oil to reach a maximum operating pressure of 4,200 bar (60,000 psi), making it a high-shear liquid homogenizer suited to lipid nanoparticle preparation. It is energy efficient — about half the energy loss of most homogenizers — with a small, integrated, lightweight design and a smart programming control system offering ±0.1 mL controlled inlet volume plus auto-stop by time or volume, delivering more than 150 mL/min at 60,000 psi in silent, CE-compliant operation across six pressure variants from 20,000 to 60,000 psi.
Key features:
• Electrically driven benchtop homogenizer reaching 4,200 bar (60,000 psi)
• No compressed air or hydraulic oil required for operation
• Flow rates from 12 to 35 L/hr across six pressure variants (20,000–60,000 psi)
• ±0.1 mL controlled inlet volume with auto-stop by time or volume
• Energy-efficient, silent operation with configurable syringe and reservoir options
Typical applications:
• Lipid nanoparticle and liposome preparation
• Nanoemulsions, nanodispersions and graphene processing
• Deagglomeration requiring ultra-high shear forces
