The Zirbus Pilot Freeze Dryer series is designed for research, product development and small-scale production, made in Germany with fully customised solutions and 100%-recyclable stainless-steel construction. Depending on the unit size, these free-standing freeze dryers offer an ice-condenser capacity from 5 to 40 kg and a footprint of up to 2.7 m², with a compact design relative to that footprint. Every unit is equipped as standard with a vacuum valve for regulating the vacuum and a separating valve between the drying chamber and the condenser, and the entire cladding is made of stainless steel, making it resistant to all commercially available disinfectants.
