The Genizer ManuGenizer is a manufacturing-scale, dual-pump high-pressure homogenizer designed to deliver constant pressure of up to 30,000 psi to the product stream, reducing processing time and maximizing microfluidic homogenizing performance. It uses a microfluidics diamond interaction chamber with multi-slotted nano-size micro-channels, allowing much larger volumes to be processed continuously at more than 480 L/hr at 30,000 psi. The system provides reproducible submicron particle-size distribution, a smart anti-clogging backflush system, and a programmable, user-friendly control interface, with compliance support for IQ/OQ, FAT/CIP/SIP audit and cGMP standards, and is CE and RoHS compliant.
