The Genizer PilotGenizer is a pilot-scale high-pressure homogenizer with dual pumps for continuous-pressure operation up to 45,000 psi, offered in seven pressure variants from 15,000 to 45,000 psi with flow rates from 20 to 60 L/hr. It is energy efficient — about half the energy loss of most homogenizers — with a small integrated design, smart programmable controls and silent, high-efficiency operation delivering more than 30 L/hr at 30,000 psi. The system is CE and RoHS compliant, runs on 380/480 V power, is rated to 80°C, and uses flush-to-clean or CIP cleaning, bridging the gap between laboratory-scale nanoprocessing and full production.
