Glass Reactors

Chemglass 10L-20L Process Reactors are cylindrical glass reactor systems available jacketed or unjacketed, with electric or air-motor drive, built on a new and improved open-frame design that provides excellent accessibility. The support frame uses oversized rugged stainless-steel uprights and heavy-duty PTFE-coated aluminum fittings, and an improved support clamp auto-centers the reactor and lid for quick installation or removal. Perfluoro O-rings on the 60 mm and 200 mm flanges, plus stainless steel inlet/outlet adapters in M16x1 and M30x1.5, allow direct connection to a cooling/heating circulator, while a lower support plate and PTFE ring with a V-shaped opening give an unobstructed view of the bottom valve.

Chemglass 30L-50L Process Reactors are cylindrical glass reactor systems available jacketed or unjacketed, with electric or air-motor drive, built for an open-frame design that provides excellent accessibility. A motor-mount arm can unlock and swing out for greater access to the reactor, while a smaller-footprint support frame with oversized rugged stainless-steel uprights and heavy-duty PTFE-coated aluminum fittings keeps the system stable. The reactor support plate holds the vessel securely yet allows one person to install or remove it easily, and heavy-duty lockable casters make the whole unit mobile around the lab.
