Ohaus Guardian™ 5000

The Next-Generation OHAUS Guardian 5000 hotplate stirrers are engineered for safety and versatility across research, academic and industrial settings, offering powerful heating and mixing with premium hardware and software for diverse, reliable use. Heating models reach up to 550°C with three temperature-control modes for quick heating or precise heating without overshoot, and users can select from five models with three plate sizes (ceramic or ceramic-coated aluminum, 20-22 L capacity). Signature SafetyHeat and SmartHeat features combine with the new Run Dry Protection system, Time Run mode and an optional Splash Shield for complete safety, while the evolved SmartRate system supports heating and stirring from fast and intensive to soft and precise, and an intuitive LCD interface with an RS232 port supports remote control or data logging.
