Buchi Parallel evaporation

The BUCHI SyncorePlus is a parallel evaporation system that concentrates or dries up to 96 samples simultaneously under identical conditions, replacing tens of rotary-evaporator runs with a single walk-away batch. Vacuum-vortex evaporation, individually sealed sample positions and a cooled appendix protect heat-sensitive analytes and prevent cross-contamination. Two model lines cover the full workflow: the Analyst concentrates to defined residual volumes for direct GC/HPLC injection, while the Polyvap evaporates to dryness at the highest sample throughput.

• Sample positions: 4, 6, 12, 24, 48 or 96 per rack

• Working volume: 0.5 mL – 500 mL

• Defined residual volumes (Analyst): 0.3, 1.0 or 3.0 mL

• Base heater temperature: up to 100 °C

• Cover temperature: up to 70 °C

• Rotation / vortex speed: 50 – 400 rpm

• Wetted materials: borosilicate glass, PTFE, EPDM

• Individually sealed tubes prevent cross-contamination

• Cooled appendix protects heat-sensitive analytes

• Optional Flushback Module and secondary condenser
