Recirculating coolers

Huber provides comprehensive temperature control solutions, including dynamic systems, chillers, baths, and circulators. Renowned for their precision and efficiency, these products cater to a wide range of laboratory and industrial applications, ensuring reliable performance across diverse industries and research environments.

Huber Dynamic temperature control systems

Huber Unistat dynamic temperature control systems form the entry point into highly dynamic temperature control for laboratory, pilot-plant and industrial use, with Unistats down to -45°C in the Petite Fleur, Grande Fleur, Tango and 400-series lines offering compact dimensions and unique thermodynamics for high-precision temperature control. Unistats down to -60°C are predestined for chemical process and reaction engineering applications such as temperating reactors, autoclaves, miniplant/pilot plants, reaction blocks and calorimeters, while Unistats down to -120°C guarantee the shortest heat-up and cool-down times and wide temperature ranges without troublesome fluid changes, enabling professional scale-up from research lab to production plant with consistently stable process conditions. High-temperature Unistats up to +425°C set standards for safety, operating comfort and temperising speed thanks to a minimized internal volume, while dedicated Unimotive models serve automotive-industry applications using water-glycol mixtures with corrosion protection down to -45°C.

Key features:

• Unistat lines down to -45°C, -60°C and -120°C for different applications

• High-temperature Unistats operating up to +425°C

• Unique thermodynamics for high-precision, reproducible results

• Professional scale-up from research lab to production plant

• Unimotive models for automotive temperature-simulation testing

Typical applications:

• Temperating reactors, autoclaves, miniplants and calorimeters

• Chemical process and reaction engineering

• Automotive component and battery temperature-stress testing

Huber Chillers

Huber recirculating chillers span from compact Minichiller and Unichiller models up to 2.5 kW cooling capacity — a cost-effective, environmentally friendly cooling solution needing little space, ideal for cooling laboratory equipment, distillation apparatus, vacuum pumps and rotary evaporators — through Unichiller models up to 10 kW offering best efficiency, stable pressure and flow performance and constant cooling-water temperature for heat removal in biological and chemical processes and technical plant cooling. Tower-design Unichiller units up to 80 kW, with a small footprint and air- or water-cooled refrigeration machines, serve as central cooling-water supply for industrial and chemical processes, while circulating heat exchangers and the compact, economical CS Chiller line round out the range with a secondary cooling circuit and system-separator function.

Key features:

• Minichiller/Unichiller up to 2.5 kW for compact laboratory cooling

• Unichiller up to 10 kW with stable pressure, flow and temperature

• Tower-design Unichiller up to 80 kW for central cooling-water supply

• Circulating heat exchangers acting as a system separator between circuits

• CS Chiller line for compact, cost-effective cooling

Typical applications:

• Cooling laboratory equipment, distillation apparatus and vacuum pumps

• Heat removal in biological and chemical process work

• Central cooling-water supply for industrial and chemical plants

Huber Baths and Circulators

Huber baths and circulators cover a full range of open-bath temperature control, from classic heating thermostats in the CC and KISS model lines through to heating-cooling thermostats with a refrigeration unit and open bath suitable for laboratory and industrial heating and cooling tasks down to -90°C. Visco baths, equipped with transparent polycarbonate baths and a counter-cooling coil, serve capillary viscometer and densitometer measurement tasks, while circulating heaters provide temperature control for externally connected open systems in a compact design with a stainless-steel circulation pump suitable for installation in plant equipment. A dedicated beer-forced-aging-test thermostat with an integrated program generator cycles temperature between 0°C and 60°C to induce artificial beer aging for quality testing.

Key features:

• Heating thermostats (CC, KISS series) with classic open-bath design

• Heating-cooling thermostats operating down to -90°C

• Visco baths with polycarbonate bath and counter-cooling coil

• Circulating heaters with stainless-steel pump for external systems

• Beer-forced-aging-test thermostat cycling 0-60°C

Typical applications:

• Capillary viscometry and densitometry measurement

• Laboratory and industrial heating/cooling down to -90°C

• Beer quality testing via forced-aging temperature cycling
