Spray Drying

The BUCHI Mini Spray Dryer S-300 is a fully automated laboratory spray dryer for producing fine powders in R&D, formulation and process development. It handles aqueous, organic and corrosive feeds and produces particles across a wide size range with a high yield thanks to its coated cyclone and optimized gas flow. Auto Mode automates heating, conditioning and shutdown, while remote monitoring and method programming via the mobile app and PC keep runs reproducible and hands-off.

The SiccaDania Small Scale Spray Dryers provide high-quality spray dryers for both R&D and production. The small scale spray dryers allow customers to innovate and experiment on a small scale before upscaling to full scale production spray dryers.

All SiccaDania small scale spray dryers are available as standard plants. Furthermore, the spray dryers can be designed based on a modular concept with a range of optional items. In this way, each individual plant can be custom designed to match our customers’ individual requirements. The spray drying process is scalable and the SiccaDania Small scale spray dryers are available in many flexible configurations enabling process simulations of larger industrial size spray dryers.

The SiccaDania small scale spray dryers are provided in either a single stage or a multi stage configuration.
