Bruker Autoflex maX

The Bruker autoflex maX is a MALDI-TOF/TOF mass spectrometer built with more than 25 years of proven MALDI technology, combining a small footprint with the patented smartbeam-II solid-state laser for a wide range of applications. With a laser repetition rate of up to 2 kHz in MS mode and 200 Hz in MS/MS mode, time-sensitive analyses such as biopharmaceutical integrity screening can be completed in minutes. The high ionization efficiency of the smartbeam-II laser minimizes sample consumption while maximizing data quality at each target position, even for complex samples, and its gentle ionization allows tissue samples to be stained after MALDI MS imaging analysis.
