Genizer ProdGenizer (Dual Pump)

The Genizer ProdGenizer is a production-scale high-pressure homogenizer with dual pumps for continuous operation at pressures up to 45,000 psi, available in 5,000–30,000 psi model variants delivering flow rates from 100 to 300 L/hr. It is energy efficient — about half the energy loss of most homogenizers — with a small integrated design, smart programming controls and silent, high-efficiency operation. The system is CE and RoHS compliant with FDA 21 CFR, IQ/OQ, explosion-proof and CIP options available, runs on 380–480 V three-phase power, and is rated to 80°C, making it suited to full production-scale nanoemulsion and homogenization processes.
