The BUCHI Pure Excellence Chromatography System is a modular, fully automated purification platform for research and process-development laboratories. Available in four configurations (C-905, C-910, C-915 and C-950), the series covers everything from routine flash chromatography to combined flash and preparative HPLC on a single instrument. A three-piston pump delivers pulse-free flow, while quick-release cartridge holders with universal Luer connections allow rapid method changes between prefilled cartridges and reusable glass columns.

The BUCHI Pure Essential Flash Chromatography System is an entry-level, fully automated flash purification platform built around the Pure Chromatography C-900 pump, the C-107 UV detector and the C-106 fraction collector. Delivering reliable, walk-away separation of research-scale samples in a compact footprint, the system guides the user through priming, equilibration, sample loading, elution and rinsing with intelligent automation. A robust steel pump head and universal cartridge holder ensure long service life, while flow rates up to 300 mL/min at 50 bar cover the vast majority of everyday flash separations. The C-107 UV detector monitors four fixed wavelengths (254, 275, 325 and 365 nm) that cover most common target compounds, and the C-106 fraction collector automatically routes eluent based on user-defined thresholds. Compatibility with cartridges from 4 g to 5,000 g and glass columns up to 100 mm ID x 900 mm length means the same instrument scales from small research batches to production-scale purification without changing platform. Using supercritical CO2 as the primary mobile phase, the systems deliver superior separation power for chiral compounds, achiral small molecules and thermally labile substances - from milligram screening to multi-gram production.
